Job Description:
- Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
- Facilitates communication and employees grievances among employees and management.
- Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
- Organization Re-structuring Design and Compile job description and KPIs for departments in co-ordinate with Department Head and Lines Managers.
- Assists in the development of new trainings based on organization needs.
- Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.
