We’re looking for motivated well-spoken Inside Sales Champions to work in the North America & UK market.
The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, and understanding their needs.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Must be passionate about learning and exploring B2B technologies
- Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Strong telephone presence with an ability to engage prospects & clients on calls
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Experienced in social selling and research-based lead generation
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Qualification & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to achieve targets
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
