Requirements:-
Bachelor Degree (Masters Degree Preferred)
Valid ATPL and medical
Familiarity with MS Office
Command Boeing-737 / ATR
Instructor rating on Boeing-737
Experience in Chief Pilot role, Airline Management

Job Responsibilities:
- Any other duties assigned by senior management / CEO
- Liaise with PCAA to maintain compliance of AOC
- Effective management of Flight Operation
- Maintain highest industry standards
- Supervise rep-Mgr./Line Pilot to achieve continual improvement
- Ensuring Safe & Efficient Line Operation
