Job Responsibilities:
- Focus is on delivering Customer Satisfaction by leveraging the organization’s network and ensuring all stakeholders are engaged.
- You will be responsibe for daily reporting of defined KPIs and reports
- Develop reports and propose improvements to enhance customer service reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Exhibits responsiblility, creativity and analytical thinking.
- Students in their final year of studies or fresh graduates.
- Basic knowledge on MS Office (especially MS Excel).
- Able to understand customer service practices.
