Job Description:
The “HR Executive” is responsible to optimize and bring efficiency in HR operations, functions and system management. Manage and administrator employee lifecycle to systemize & automize the HR processes. The incumbent must be a people’s person, good listener and detail oriented to keep a record of confidential data by ensuring secrecy at all levels.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports of bonus calculations and process disbursement after HOD’s approval
- Maintain attendance record of all employees and automate attendance management system as per the policy and legal requirements
- All required documents as per the checklist & company policy should be attached in each employee profile
- Review and analyze organizational policies, compensation and benefits & employee progression plans HR processes re-engineering
- Learn, manage and participate in Training & development activities/programs, compensation & benefits processing, employee career developmental plans, employee onboarding and orientation process, organizational development plans and etc.
- Ensure employee profiles are maintained in soft copy and hard copy as well
- Manage and improve daily operations of the HR department
- Maintain & organize HR data base as per ISO standards to ensure correct record keeping of all employees and employment related information as required
- Ensure flawless performance management system and processes
Job Requirements:
- Excellent presentation skills
- Flexible to work on cross-cultural time zones
- Must have knowledge of ERP/Workspace software’s
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Should have ability to work on close deadlines
Qualification & Experience:
- Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in HR from HEC recognized university
- Must have expertise on MS Office
- Must have at least 2-4 years of experience, 1-2 years of experience in IT/Telecom services industry at similar capacity
