The Campaign & Retention Expert are key drivers of the Jazz Business domain, handling Jazz business major channel of BHL tagged customer base by making upsell/cross-sell and maintaining churn of BHL base. The key role is to enhance customer life by adding value to stabilize and generate revenue through assigned campaigns against BHL accounts (companies), introduce enterprise solutions, Value-added products (Data/Voice Bolton) through cross-sell and upsell activities. The role reports directly to the Manager Campaign & Retention with an extended team of 11 team members.
- Actively call all contact levels and is responsible to manage KPI’s i.e. New-sale/Upsell of Bolton product for revenue growth.
- Ensure that customer experience and services are up to the mark and at an optimum level with 100% customer satisfaction with the subscribed products and services.
- Proficiently handle newly onboarded customers through welcome call and provide them walk-through of jazz business products and post-sale service journey of jazz business customer touchpoints, digital touchpoints along with policies and procedures for smooth service continuation.
- Create and support client retention and Winback strategies for the existing BHL customer base.
- Data products upselling, Number porting out & churn management of BHL tagged base to reduce the churn number and achieve assigned KPI target of retention and Winback of the churned base through assigned campaigns.
- Must have Time & stress management skills

- Familiar with Social media and digital technology platforms
- Strong negotiations skills with Customer obsessed approach
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree however Master Degree will be ideal
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
