Program Description:
To provide product and process support towards Debit Card Issuance and profitability via effective strategy, team management, new product additions & technology enhancement to achieve overall Digital Banking goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve fee income by identifying new sources of fee income, pricing and reducing fee leakage
- Build cost discipline
- Increase Debit Cards activation and achieve budgeted CIF portfolio
- Launch new variants of Debit Card to cover various customer segments in collaboration with RBG
- Build a model for achieving budget numbers of Issuance
- Review Debit Card processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide multiple channels to the customer for Debit Card activation
- Work with all functions of the bank to deliver end-to-end customer experience on the debit card business
- Implement value added initiatives to improve service standards and customer service
Job Requirements:
- Masters/MBA Degree
- Personal organization and methodical work habits
- Good communication skills (verbal/written) in English / Urdu
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong Social Skills/ability to work with people/ability to get things done through people
- Strong Team Management Skills
- Energy / Persistence
- 9 – 10 years of banking experience.
