Job Description:
NRSP is looking for the energetic, experienced and dedicated professionals under one of its project for following positions based at Hyderabad:

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new design and production techniques.
- Develop new design concepts keeping in view crafts of Sindh.
- Technical assistance (product design, design development and presentation).
- Plan product range and to carry out the designs through skill development trainings.
- Make alternative design recommendations for existing products/designs.
- Maintaining cost sheets and technical specs of designs.
- Plan and develop designs, produce sketches and develop samples.
- Quality Assurance Standards and product methods protocols.
- Candidate should have full command on Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Corel Draw.
- Assessing and approving produced items and production standards; supervise production by the artisans.
- Visiting skill training sites and other sources for design ideas.
- Design innovative products and take the designs from concept to implementation.
- Understand and research consumer needs, fashion trends and translate the same into product designs.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should possess Bachelor degree in Graphic Design from any HEC recognized university minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar position. He / She should have full command on Corel Draw / Photoshop / Illustrator. Having experience in photography will be an added value.
Qualification & Experience:
- Candidate should be graduate from HEC recognized art / fashion school having at least 2 – 5 years of relevant experience
