Qualification: Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Experience: 5 – 10 years

Job Responsibilities:
- In-house legal advice and coordination with other departments in handling legal matters.
- Drafting and vetting of Agreements/Contracts.
- Advising on matters relating to litigation, property rights, such as trademarks, copyrights, etc.
- Coordinating with external legal counsel, law enforcement agencies and other government offices.
- Handling of litigation/court cases.
- Handling of land acquisition and related legal matters.
- Developing cost-effective proposals for obtaining outsourced legal services.
Qualification & Experience:
- Candidates possessing minimum LLB degree (preferably foreign qualified) with excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Post-qualification experience of atleast 5 years, as a practicing lawyer or an in-house legal counsel in a large organization, preferably in the oil & gas sector.
