Job Responsibilities:
Corporate Support Activities
- Agreements Vetting of Zonal corporate agreements
- Product Management of existing products, price authorization for bidding/non-bidding customer requirements and revenue monitoring of forecasted product sales
- Corporate Faults & Deployments & customized reporting
- HQ Coordination & Support: Liaison with vendors for new technology updates & hardware quotes
- Design and coordinate Customer Satisfaction surveys
- Managed services based proposals over amortized model & corporate presentations to key corporate clients
- Technical evaluation of vendor solutions
- Pre-Sales support for related corporate products and solutions
Control Activities
- Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines
Marketing & Sales Activities
- Corporate account management operations to ensure highest level of customer care
- Decide bundles, set revenue and sales strategies, initiates campaigns and promotions, Monitor sales and revenue targets related to corporate segments, products and solutions; liaison with MarComm for marketing collateral for product launches & campaigns
Business Development
- Solution delivery support
Qualification & Experience:
-
Electrical/Telecom Engineering, MBA will be a plus
