Job Description:
- Provide remote support to end-users in all aspects of a functional corporate a network including Microsoft Windows, Wi-Fi connectivity, Printing etc.
- Available as a Tier 2 Escalation path for the Service Desk, Servers, desktop computers, printers, software deployment, security updates and patches.

Job Responsibilities:
- Good communication skills.
- Provide remote support to end-users in all aspects of a functional corporate a network including Microsoft Windows, Wi-Fi connectivity, Printing etc.
- Analyze hardware and software issues/errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
- Proactive and Quick problem resolving skills.
- Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining the reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
- Active Directory, Office 365, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, WSUS, Antivirus Server, Power Shell, NAS, ISCSI, DUO, MFA, Azure AD, Exchange, IIS
- Available as a Tier 2 Escalation path for the Service Desk, Servers, desktop computers, printers, software deployment, security updates and patches.
- Documentation and technical specifications for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
Qualification & Experience:
- Career Level: Experienced Professional
- Minimum Education: Bachelors
- Experience: 5 Years – 7 Years
